The cape flew behind him when he ran. Leo had a special friend. His friend was a big, fluffy turtle named Timmy. Timmy was the Wise Guide.
Timmy wore small glasses and carried a yellow backpack. One sunny morning, a tiny sound came from the sky. Ping! Ping!
A little Star Baby fell down. 'Oh no! 'cried the Star Baby. 'I am lost!
'Leo looked at Timmy. 'We have a mission! 'said Leo. Timmy nodded slowly.
'Yes, a Superhero Mission,'said Timmy. They needed to take the Star Baby back to the sky. Leo put on his brave boots. Stomp, stomp!
Timmy packed some apple slices. Crunch, crunch! 'Are you ready? 'asked Timmy.
'I am ready! 'said Leo. They walked into the Whispering Woods. The trees were tall and green.
The leaves danced in the wind. Swish, swish. Suddenly, a big bush blocked their path.
It had thorns. 'Ouch,'said Leo. He felt a little scared. 'What do we do?
'he asked. Timmy smiled. 'We look closely,'said the Wise Guide. Leo looked.
He saw a little door in the bush. 'Can you open it? 'asked Timmy. Leo pushed the door.
Creak! It opened. They walked through. Yay!
They kept walking. The path went up a big hill. Puff, puff, puff. Leo was tired.
'My legs are heavy,'said Leo. 'Keep going,'said Timmy. 'Brave explorers do not give up. 'Leo took a deep breath.
In and out. 'I can do it,'said Leo. 'I can do it. 'They reached the top of the hill.
But then, a dark cloud came. Boom! A loud thunder sound. The Star Baby shook with fear.
'I am scared of the dark,'said the Star Baby. Leo felt scared too. His heart beat fast. Thump, thump.
But Leo remembered he was the Brave Explorer. He held the Star Baby's hand. 'Do not worry,'said Leo. 'We are together.
'Timmy hummed a soft song. Hum, hum, hum. The dark cloud floated away. The sun came out again.
Shine, shine! 'You were very brave, Leo,'said Timmy. 'Thank you,'said the Star Baby. They saw a tall, tall ladder that went all the way up to the sky.
It sparkled. 'Up we go! 'said Leo. Climb, climb, climb.
Step by step. They went higher and higher. Finally, they reached the sky. The Moon was waiting.
'Hello, friends,'said the Moon. Leo let go of the Star Baby's hand. 'Go home now,'said Leo. The Star Baby floated up.
Zoom! It sat right next to the Moon. Twinkle, twinkle! The Star Baby shone bright.
'Thank you, Brave Explorer! Thank you, Wise Guide! 'the Star Baby sang. Leo and Timmy slid down the rainbow.
Wheee! It was so much fun. Splash! They landed on soft grass.
They were home. Leo took off his cape. Timmy took off his glasses. 'We did a good job,'said Leo.
'Yes,'said Timmy. 'You were very brave. 'Leo smiled a big smile. Being a superhero is the best.
